I noticed there were a lot of threads for avatars, Icons and signatures.
So I sent a PM to Matt with the idea for this thread, and he gave it the go ahead.
So, if anyone would like a signature, Avatar or Icon created for them, then they can post here requesting it and someone will create them what they ask for.
I can't speak for others, but personally I would need a few images to use as well as text (Lyrics, title, name, etc.) if it is wanted to create something.

Can we make a sort of thing that lists artists who are willing to do requests, along with a link to their work thread on ES? Some people might hate what certain artists do, while others might love it. For example, someone might love Alisha's rather simplistic work, while others may hate mayke's girly touches. If we do something like that, then the requesters will get exactly what they want (or as close to it, anyway).
Just my two bits.

That is a good idea.
Although having people request from specific artists could make the thread obsolete as they could just PM the person who they want to make the piece. I think that if we have someone posting a few images, then have a few of us making pieces for the requester to choose from would work out. that way you can see what all of us come up with, and not just what one person comes up with.

You have a point there.
Anyway, here's my version of what XYBRID wanted:
Pixeling the LC logo was a bitch.

What program do you use?
I use a program called GIMP and I can set a transparent layer mask which I can paste an image to, and for an image such as the logo, it'll make the logo itself perfectly transparent through the layer the mask is on, while keeping the part of the logo which is white, the colour(s) of the layer which the mask is applied, so you can just make another layer underneath it and colour it in whatever colour you like, and your logo will be perfect without needing to crop or erase anything around it. Plus it comes out perfect every time.
EDIT: Oh, and I copied the image from the LC FAQ of the logos since I suck at freehand drawing with a mouse

PSP 9. I'd love to get Photoshop, but that would cost arms, legs, and various other body parts that I'm not quite willing to give up.

I chose GIMP because it is freeware. Meaning, it cost me absolutely nothing at all. Score.
XYBRID: You can upload it to either www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us
those are the two I'd choose to recommend.

XYBRID wrote: how do i add a signature? You find an image you want (of reasonable size of course) and then put the following code around the url: Quote:

Hey. could you experiment with something along the unleashedmemories theme for me.
http://lacunacoil.ru/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=10
The red background sort of thing. With Luine as the text and maybe the LC symbol. Like, several pics of her on the banner or something. Whatever you can come up with. Thanks. Oh and id prefer it to be long width ways, rather than height.
