1. Karmacode 10/10 (my all-time favorite album. a classic, i cannot fault it. this album means so much to me, and has gotten me through some really dark periods in my life)
2. Unleashed Memories 9.5/10 (what it lacks in variety in makes up for with atmosphere, vocals sensuality. its Lacuna's most unique album)
3. Dark Adrenaline 9/10 (this is growing, ang growing, and growing on me. i debated whether or not to put this one ahead of UM.)
4. Comalies 9/10 (i love this album so much. )
5. Lacuna Coil EP 8.5/10 (could have been my favourite, but its too short!)
6. In A Reverie 7/10 (in places, this sounds like a demo recording, but it is a very strong debut full-length release)
7. HalfLife EP 7/10 (too short, and i prefer UM's version of Senzafine, and Stars isn't a favourite)
8. Shallow Life 6.5/10 (i go through love/hate phases with this album)

1. Comalies
2. Unleashed Memories
3. Halflife
4. Lacuna Coil
5. Dark Adrenaline
6. Karmacode
7. Shallow Life
8. In A Reverie

Comalies and Unleashed Memories interchange for me all the time.
Even though I like "Cold", I was never much of a fan of In A Reverie, and it will remain that way.

this is really hard since they don't have a single bad album and i have favorites scattered through all 6 releases.

1. Karmacode (this album gives me great memories, and such an awesome unique blend of hard rock and melody that no other album in the world will ever give me)
2. Comalies (classic, beautiful, timeless)
3. Unleashed Memories
4. Shallow Life
5. Dark Adrenaline
6. In A Reverie (since i never listen to it, i still think i'm ~discovering it slowly though)

in a reverie was like my favourite album. then one day i just got sick of it and now i rarely play it in full! though i could never doubt its quality, especially since it features veins of glass, my wings and falling again!

-Looks at In A Reverie cd-
TMIT, Cold, and My Wings. I like all the songs, but the rest sound repetitively boring. (Yes, I know you shouldn't play a cd over and over.. But I have no problems with any other LC cd doing that..)

In A Reverie took me the longest of all of LC's albums to appreciate. Circle is the only song I don't find to be absolutely excellent, and it's still pretty good. Reverie is in my top 10 LC songs, songs like Stately Lover and Veins Of Glass are astounding gothic metal songs, and I can't deny the charm of songs like Honeymoon Suite or To Myself I Turned. I seriously wonder how it took me so long to like this album. Still, the EP's took longer, especially Halflife.

Really? Halflife and I clicked like *that*. I loved the LC EP. I credit Cold for being my first LC song (though I didn't find out until 2004,2005 it was Lacuna Coil), but it did take a while for the rest of the songs to.. um.. Like. And I still think they're pretty average-y.
(Must be there's no Maus guitars in there, but that doesn't explain why I like the EPs :lol)

Yep, for a while Halflife was easily, and I mean EASILY my least favorite LC release. I didn't see much of anything in it until Hyperfast clicked, then the rest kind of followed suit (though Stars is still a bit shaky IMO). I remember posting about it here and it was considered blasphemous by some people. Kinda funny in hindsight, really.
