Saw that show last night. As usual Lacuna Coil was amazing. Waited on line to get into the place for like an hour, but some pretty interesting characters were with us so it was amusing. Within Me was really good, but it seems like some of the crowd I guess that was there for the other bands didn't get too into it cause it was on the slower side, but I was surprised how good it sounded live. Just would like to hear some Unleashed Memories stuff next time. My biggest complaint had nothing to do with the band, but how unorganized the place let the signing part get after the set. I'm sure anyone who was there will back me up on that. The only other time I met them at a signing was a year ago at the Rob Zombie shows, and it was as organized protecting the president. This, people were just all over the place from all directions, no one told you were to go, it was a complete mess. People at first were taking pics, but when I got up there I had the perfect opportunity to snap a shot with Cristina, but the security guards were becoming increasingly "dicky" and were sticking their hands infront of cameras. But the band as usual are just about the nicest bunch of people you could meet. More humble than anything. They genuinely like to meet everyone. Cristina looked so hot too. Anyway, sorry for the long post, hope everyone had a great time.

Short & Sweet review of the show:
The band was great, but I'm not a fan of the venue.

The venue completely sucked. Security was useless, didn't have a grip on anything. I was supposed to give my camera batteries to the guy at the door? Seriously, no way. Did they stop anyone from using a camera other than this one poor soul who was unlucky enough to be plucked from the crowd where there were at least 3 other photographers nearby?
And too bad it was such a short set.
Lacuna has to be one of the most friendly bands ever. How many other bands volunteer to sign autographs as frequently and for as long as they do? Lacuna rules!

I was there ! It was fun but I have to agree that Roseland ain't the greatest venue to see a concert. Need a full set from LC to be satisfied!!!

I thought the venue was decent compared to other places I've been to. Yeah I was disappointed cause their set was short but I'm always glad to see them.

I was there! And YES, the show was AMAZING, despite the short set they had. I still enjoyed the good 35 minutes they were on, though!

Ahhhh yeah, I felt that, too. I was in the front on the left side, so I couldn't see too much behind me, but I still had that vibe that I was probably one of the very few in the audience really getting into them. Within Me was AMAZING, too...probably my favorite of the night tied with What I See. Swamped_with_Comalies wrote: Just would like to hear some Unleashed Memories stuff next time. YES, that would be absolutely amazing! Unleashed Memories is probably my favorite album, so hearing some stuff off of there would be really, really cool. AHHHH, the signing really was as horrible as you described it! I definitely back you up on that one, that was INSANE. Just people crowding around everywhere...and security didn't let me take any pictures with them either! Only a professional photographer took one of me and Andrea, but I have no idea where to find that picture anywhere. But still, the crowd was crazy to the point where security started pushing my friend and I away. I didn't have a chance to talk to Criz, Christiano, Marco, or Maus. I was, however, luckily able to talk to Cristna and Andrea for about a minute. I made a computer graphic concept poster for them and brought two copies with me, and I gave them one while they signed the other. But that was probably the highlight of the night for me, because Cristina kept remarking on how beautiful the poster was and since it was my first time meeting her, it really meant a lot to me how nice she was! I even showed her a copy of one of the older posters I made for them back in December, but I never knew if the whole band was able to see it. Turns out it's on their tour bus right now, though! So for that I was REALLY excited, hahaha. Cristina really was a sweetheart, and I hope I get more of a chance to talk to her next time. As for Andrea, I barely had any time to talk to him, but I DID get his signature on my poster.

Ah, I think I did see that little bulletin you posted about them! And that IS pretty lucky, when were you outside waiting for them, after the concert? 'Cause if so, my friends and I had already left...Stone Sour was actually a bit boring, so we left around 10:30ish. Oh, and what show are you seeing next month? I can't seem to find any shows next month in New York......

Go to Ticketmaster.com and type in Lacuna Coil. A few diff ones come up, just click the Lacuna Coil by itself (not the Jaigermeister tour or any of those other things) and it should have them playing in Gramercy Theatre, it's near Union Square. Should be awesome. Maybe we could all meet up.

Ah, yes, I see it now. They must have just recently added it, that's why. But either way, that sounds AMAZING, because for a year and a half I've been wanting to see a nice, long HEADLINING Lacuna Coil take the stage and I'm finally glad to say that I may have the chance right now. And yes, meeting up would be cool...maybe that could give us more of a chance to meet THEM, too, somehow...
