ES is now on the Tapatalk Network. This means that you can easily access the forum directly from your smartphone! All you need to do is download the app, search the network for Emptyspiral, login, and your set! More information can be found at http://www.tapatalk.com/mobile.phpThanks to Nightrunner for the suggestion.

EUR 2.39 for an app that allows you to do what you can do anytime for free otherwise?? I'll stick with my computer, then!

Not sure about the error. If you post it I'll investigate. The app is a bit of a luxury, but I suppose so is a smartphone.

I'll stick with my computer, then! lets assume, lunch break on a job and free wifi, you has no computer to access the site and the desktop version of es is too cluttered on your tiny screen, why wait until you get home, less than 1cent a day over a year is hardly an over expenditure, although I do see your point and the problem is, they used to have a free version of the app, that only allowed you to read topics and pm's, but not reply, to aid you in deciding if the payout for the app is something you can justify, but for some reason, they removed it from the app store around december time.

The costs of smartphone apps are a funny thing and people have wildly different views on their value. I'll silently complain about paying £2.99 for a useful app or fun game that I'll use for months or years, but happily pay £4 for a pint of beer I'll drink in 10 mins and piss out in 30!

$2.99 is no problem for me, because frankly, I carry my phone around more than my laptop (hense the major fb updates. XP) Cheers, Matt, no problems on my part.
