If you have come here and have no idea who Lacuna Coil
are then an introduction is required. Lacuna Coil are an Italian band with a truely unique, and ethereal, sound. They are one of the hardest
working acts around today and since their first EP in 1998, they have
released four full albums; their latest being 'Karmacode', and have attracted thousands of fans across the globe.
Emptyspiral.net is the Official Worldwide Fan Club, and is dedicated to bringing
the works of Lacuna Coil to everyone and creating a community for all
fans. I am hoping that it will become THE place for Coilers to meet and discuss
our favourite band, as well as find out the latest news, views, and opinions.
Most importantly my fellow Coilers can shape the way it evolves... |

 Lacuna Coil have announced that they will be playing on a series of dates in Australia throughout June.
The announced dates are:
19th June 2008, Perth, Western Australia @Capitol (Note: Changed from 20th)
22nd June 2008, Adelaide, South Australia @Fowlers
24th June 2008, Melbourne, Victoria @Billboard
25th June 2008, Sydney, New South Wales @The Enmore (Note: Changed from 26th)
27th June 2008, Brisbane, Queensland @The Arena

| Lacuna Coil in Kerrang TV 'Best Rock Bands Ever' |

 Lacuna Coil are placed in the Kerrang TV 'The 100 Best Rock Bands Ever', voted for by viewers of the UK TV channel.
The results are being revealed today on Kerrang TV. Lacuna Coil are placed at number 91.

In the interview Andi discusses how the song-writing process has changed, how they hope to include more guitar solos, the differences from their last album, what they are looking for in a producer, and much more.

| Lacuna Coil to be featured in DVD and CD combo |

| LC9023 writes "Lacuna Coil's music video for the single 'Within Me' will be featured in Nuclear Blast Records' DVD compilation 'Beautiful Voices Vol. 3.' The included CD will also feature the track 'Closer'.
The set will be released on April 11 via the German division of Nuclear Blast Records. You can order the compilation at the Nuclear Blast site here..."

 In his blog on his official Myspace Page, Lacuna Coil's Andrea Ferro reports:
Hello friends,
I know, it’s been a while since I’ve post the last blog but I’ve been very busy with the works on the new L.C. album that has start taking shape. We feel like we’re on the right creative mood but we still wanna write a lot more material before we call it done. Thanx to everyone for the wishes, happy holidays!
The album will be the follow-up to Lacuna Coil's 2006 'Karmacode' release.
