If you have come here and have no idea who Lacuna Coil
are then an introduction is required. Lacuna Coil are an Italian band with a truely unique, and ethereal, sound. They are one of the hardest
working acts around today and since their first EP in 1998, they have
released four full albums; their latest being 'Karmacode', and have attracted thousands of fans across the globe.
Emptyspiral.net is the Official Worldwide Fan Club, and is dedicated to bringing
the works of Lacuna Coil to everyone and creating a community for all
fans. I am hoping that it will become THE place for Coilers to meet and discuss
our favourite band, as well as find out the latest news, views, and opinions.
Most importantly my fellow Coilers can shape the way it evolves... |

| New Date At Soundwave Festival Announced |
|
 Australias Soundwave Festival have announced that Lacuna Coil will be playing on February 25th 2009 in Sydney, with Devil Driver, 36 Crazyfists and All That Remains.
A full list of the Soundwave Festival dates can be found here and tickets for all shows go on sale on the 6th January 2009.

| Cristina in Kerrang! Magazine Readers Poll |
|
 Lacuna Coil's Cristina Scabbia came 5th in the Kerrang! Magazine Readers Poll 2008, published in issue 1240 of the UK rock magazine.
Additionally the magazine features a 1-page poster of Cristina.
Issue 1240 of Kerrang! is available now.

| Lacuna Coil in Rock Sound Magazine - New Album Info |
|
Lacuna Coil's Cristina Scabbia graces the cover of the Xmas 2008 issue of UK Magazine Rock Sound. The magazine also includes an interview about the forthcoming Lacuna Coil album.
In the interview the band Andrea Ferro and Cristina talk about the inspiration behind the album, fame, the music, and their plans for the album.
Additionally the CD with the magazine includes Lacuna Coil's cover of 'Enjoy The Silence'.
Rock Sound, issue 117, is available now.

| Cristina in Metal Hammer 'Metal Maidens 2009' Calendar |
|
Lacuna Coil's Cristina Scabbia appears in the 'Metal Maidens 2009' Calendar which comes free with Metal Hammer Magazine issue #186.
Other 'maidens' include Marie Brink, Marta, Kat Van D, and others.
The December 2008 issue of Metal Hammer is available now.

| Lacuna Coil on "Century Media Girls of Metal 3" Pack for Rock Band 2 |
|
 Two Lacuna Coil songs - "Swamped" and "Closer" are included in the 'Century Media Girls of Metal' downloadable pack for Rock Band 2. This is in addition to 'Our Truth' which is already included in the game.
The songs will be available for Rock Band 2 from 18th November and you can find out more information here...
