Looks great, well done!

Just one small query :
Could it be set so that links open in a new window/tab, rather than the same window?
I think it used to be like that.

Which links are you referring to specifically?

it's a bb3 pain in the arse, where any off site link that's put in a post opens in the same tab taking you away from the site your on instead of new tabbing automatically, I has fix :D

Open your overall_header.html file and place the below, in between the head tags <head>
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="jquery.js"></script>
<script language="javascript" src="/links.js"></script>

after extracting the two .js files from the zip, upload them the the root where the forums index.php file is located.

a zip file containing the two files for the above head tag insertion
^ right click and save as ^

Dones unless things broken the jquery 8)

Thanks Nick. I'll look into putting it on my test site over the weekend.

Yes, that's it exactly, I should have been more specific; links to other sites within the forums.
Actually, now that I think of it, you could do the same for links across the whole site - so that links to pages within emptyspiral open in the same tab, but links to external sites open in a new tab. But only if you want to

Where to start!!! The lack of a security question when I log in, the streamlined design, the color swatches for easy formatting of forum text, The overall freshness of the layout, the social media plugins on the front page, and the obvious number of labor-intensive hours that were put into coding and testing..... Who thought this was a good idea???

Ah yeah. I see what you mean now. I also hate sites that change like that! It's almost like the guys that update them want us to come back time and time again and actually enjoy using it.

Where do those guys get off!?

Matt, I noticed that the first 4 pictures in the Shallow Life gallery are actually from the Karmacode era ...
